A Typical All Souls Sunday...
Sunday Service
This is our opportunity for the entire All Souls church family to come together and encourage one another. We are honored to be able to welcome into our family both Christian visitors and those curious to know more about Christ and His relevance to life today.
Style of Service
The service is a relaxed mixture of traditional formality and contemporary worship. We sing both modern praise songs and traditional hymns. There may be discussion about the bible readings, prior to the sermon, at the encouragement of the priest. We wear everything from suits to blue jeans.
Music
As stated before, we sing everything from traditional hymns to contemporary praise songs - usually within the same worship service. There is normally an organ accompaniment but sometimes we have acoustic guitars.
Coffee Time
We enjoy coffee time after the service, which ends at 10:45am. We typically have coffee, juice, and tea as well as fruit, pastries, vegetables, and meats.
Sunday School
We have Sunday school after coffee time at 11:00am. It ends at 12:00pm. Everyone from every age group has an opportunity to take part in Sunday school. We are in the process of developing an extensive set of programs which will be announced within the next couple of weeks.
